Quality when brand new. So not the quality after 300k miles.

Maybe ... I dunno.

How long it takes for shit to start breaking. Probably measured by the average age at which a new model starts making repeat trips to the shop.

The measurement of cognitive dissonance before buyer’s remorse sinks in.

AKA “This Dodge Nitro is great!” before the “WTF was I thinking?”

A way to applaud cars that absolutely piss you off, but you can’t articulate why because “officially” everything is put together correctly and consistently.

Quality to many can mean “Bud Light,” since the seasonal hop variations in Two Hearted Ale can cause nuances in flavor in an otherwise perfect beer.

It measures how well old people can use new cars infotainment, not actual reliability.
